Our Preco FlexPro CNC laser cutting system provides the speed of galvanometer processing with all the versatility of an XY motion system. Now with both galvo and fixed head processing available on one machine, the FlexPro may be the only laser we ever need. This system offers large area processing with the tolerances found in small area processing systems. AcuBeam controller features such as AcuPower and closed loop power control allow precise cutting and kiss-cutting over a large area.

Galvo based laser cutting is achieved by steering the laser beam with an array of mirrors that are moving at precise, high speeds. This often gives the impression of the parts simply appearing out of a small puff of smoke! The galvo based laser cutting allows us to cut a wide variety of materials at extremely fast speeds in some cases in excess of 100 inches/second!

We are able to cut parts with many more detailed features then we could with conventional tooling, without the added expense and lead-time associated with their purchase. This equipment is also capable of roll-to-roll processing for increased throughput and material economy.
