PORON® V-0 Foam

As the hybrid electric vehicle market continues to grow and evolve, advanced sealing materials are more important than ever. The materials of today and tomorrow need to offer reliable, long-term performance in a demanding environment, while also meeting rigorous specifications with passenger safety in mind. There are several materials that solve some of these problems, but only PORON® V-0 Urethane material can provide performance and UL94 V-0 certification.

Certification: PORON 4701-V0-M has been specifically formulated to meet all requirements under UL94 for both V-0 and HBF flammability ratings.

Material Details

• Available in two standard thicknesses: 5.0mm and 6.0mm
• Manufactured at 54" width
• Excellent Compression set resistance to guarantee long-term performance
• Die-cuts cleanly for easy processing
